You will learn:
All products produced in DIO and their technical characteristics. You will get acquainted with the production, measurement and installation processes of DIO. Consumption of computer programs introduced in the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Providing customers with complete product information, providing valuable advice to them, both over the phone and in the office. Receiving orders, compiling relevant assignments and referring to measurement specialists.
