On March 30, Tamaz Daushvili, Managing Partner of Dio, conducted a seminar on "The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Career Success" for Bank of Georgia University students.
"A company run by a manager with high emotional intelligence wins any battle, because they create a positive and fair environment throughout the company, which is transmitted to all employees through a chain reaction," said Tamaz Daushvili.
Students of the undergraduate and graduate programs of the Bank of Georgia University took part in the seminar. Many practical examples from the field of company management were discussed. Tamaz Daushvili discussed with students the connection between emotional intelligence and leadership, as well as the connection between emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate, the main human fears that prevent people from achieving career success and ways to overcome these fears. The students participated in the discussion with great interest and performed various activities with joy, thus learning more about the methods of raising emotional intelligence.
