DIO began to implement the Principles of Strengthening the Disabled on the 23rd of October. This was organized by the Social Responsibility Club as part of the CSR week.
These principles are aimed to empower people with disabilities in workplace, market and society by businesses.
DIO is open to people with disabilities and constantly cares to promote their development and adaptation to society.
The principles for strengthening people with disabilities are:
- Publicly support the company's approach to strengthening people with disabilities at work and in their day-to-day activities.
- Access to employment for people with disabilities
- Providing opportunities for people with disabilities to improve their careers and career advancement
- Creating a decent and safe work environment for people with disabilities
- Adapting company services and products to the needs of people with disabilities
- Strengthening people with disabilities in the market by supporting their entrepreneurial activities and integrating them into the company's value chain
- Promoting the education of persons with disabilities
- Promoting visibility in the community of people with disabilities
