Procedures required for using the installment plan:
1. The customer selects the desired products online (www.dio.ge), through the hotline 2 36 11 12 or after arriving at the branch of the company DIO.
2. The company DIO provides measurement works according to the selected products free of charge.
3. The price of products is calculated by the sales service; The invoice is then delivered to the customer physically or by email electronically.
4. The customer submits the mentioned invoice to the installment manager in any branch of TBC Bank.
5. After passing the above procedures, the customer contacts the sales manager of DIO and notifies about the approval of the installment, after which the order will be placed in production.
6. If the installment plan is approved, the amount will be transferred to the account of the company DIO in accordance with the value.
7. At the final stage, the installation group of the relevant products is carried out by the installation group of the company DIO.
