Position: Import Specialist

Accountable to: Head of Import Department

Place of work: Company Head Office, Agmashenebeli Alley, 12th km;

Our requirements are:

• High education in Business and Economics
• Customer relationship skills;
• Ability to negotiate:
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Good knowledge of computer office programs;
• Punctuality, focus on details, ability to present.
• Experience driving a car and driving license is desirable;
• 1 year work experience is also desirable;

Your responsibilities are:

• Participate in the development of the import plan;
• Establish and negotiate relationships with suppliers, insurance and freight companies;
• Prepare the order and deliver it to the supplier;
• Preparation of documents required for the import of products;
• Prepare the necessary documentation for payment with the supplier;
• Carrying out transportation and customs operations;
• Finding and evaluating new suppliers;
• Producing correspondence with suppliers;
• Translation into Georgian, Russian and English;
