The EBA Youth Academy recently had the privilege of visiting DIO, a proud member of the European Business Association and one of Georgia’s leading homegrown companies.
During the visit, participants met with Tamaz Daushvili, Co-Founder and Executive Director of DIO, who shared the story behind the company’s remarkable journey. From overcoming challenges and taking calculated risks to making difficult decisions and embracing new opportunities, participants gained valuable insights into what it takes to build, grow, and sustain a successful business.
Participants also had the opportunity to tour DIO’s office and production facilities, gaining firsthand exposure to the company’s operations, innovative processes, and commitment to quality and excellence.
Experiences like these play an important role in strengthening the connection between young people and Georgia’s business community. They provide participants with practical knowledge that goes beyond classroom learning and supports their professional development and future career planning.
