Ltd. DIO is announcing a vacancy for the position of Order Management Specialist.

Work place: Ltd. DIO head office, d. Agmashenebeli Alley 12th km.

Our requirements are:

• Higher education in technical field;
• Experience working in the field of service and / or sales;
• Customer relationship and negotiation skills;
• Perfect knowledge of one of the foreign languages;
• Possession of office computer programs;
• Teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to absorb new things quickly;

Your responsibilities are:

• Studying the technical characteristics of all products manufactured in DIO and the relevant programs.
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics of all products produced in DIO, possession of relevant programs.
• Receiving orders, compiling relevant assignments and handing over to a measurement specialist.
• Processing approved orders, calculating / calculating, calculating / calculating compiled by a measurement specialist, compiling relevant documentation and notifying the customer.
• Enter the relevant information in the ordering computer system, prepare the necessary documentation for the production and ensure the transfer to the production.
• Compiling a schedule of long-term installation works, monitoring the execution deadlines.
